Strengthen your connection with your baby through our 5-week Infant Massage Series!
Led by Kashauna Bailey, Certified Infant Massage Instructor and Doula, this evidence-based program guides parents of babies 0–6 months in learning gentle massage techniques that they will practice directly with their own baby. Parents are empowered to confidently and safely massage their babies, fostering trust, attachment, and meaningful connection.
Over 5 weeks, you will learn how to support your baby’s relaxation, sleep, digestion, and early development, while building confidence in reading and responding to your baby’s cues. This series creates intentional space for bonding, the power of touch, and community with other parents in a supportive, guided environment.
Each 2-hour session includes:
Step-by-step infant massage instruction
A complete massage routine learned progressively over 5 weeks
Guidance on creating a calm, nurturing environment
Discussion around attachment, development, and communication
Adaptations for babies with unique needs, including NICU experience
Time for reflection and community connection
Participants will receive both printed and digital reference guides outlining the massage strokes and routines taught throughout the series, along with additional resources to support bonding and early development at home.
Location: Ally First Aid - in the Oshawa Centre (accessible mall location with convenient parking)
Thursdays, April 2 – April 30, 2026
10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Registration is required. Spaces are intentionally limited to preserve a supportive and intimate circle.
